Lorne, and former partner Brad Lauver, founded Heister House in 1988. Under Lorne’s leadership the company has grown to over 90 employees serving multiple end-use business segments. Lorne has always enjoyed “getting his hands dirty” and can quite often be found installing a new piece of equipment or trying to figure out how to make a production process run more smoothly and efficiently.

Adam officially started working for Heister House on June 5, 2000, but he began helping his dad, founder Brad Lauver, off-bear mouldings at age 4. Adam has spent time in inside and outside sales and possesses a wealth of millwork knowledge. Adam currently manages our custom cabinet operations at our Mifflintown, PA facility.

Craig is the main person responsible for our “on time and complete” shipping performance. He leads the operations team at our Troup Valley Road facility. Craig started with Heister House in January of 2016 and has really helped our operation. Prior to Heister House, Craig was the President of Housing Products, Inc., in Selinsgrove, PA.

Jeff came to Heister House in September of 2011 after 25+ years in the building materials industry. He has worked for industry leaders such as Andersen Windows, Reeb Millwork, and The Wolf Organization. Jeff serves as our General Manager/COO and is mainly responsible for strategic direction and business development.

Susan came to Heister House in 1995 after a brief career in the banking industry. She serves as “Office Manager”, but wears many, many hats. Susan is responsible for all Accounting and Human Resource functions. She is extremely well organized and does an excellent job as a champion for our valued employees.

Roger started his career with Heister House in 1991. He is, and has been, responsible for the day to day operation of our rip saw and moulder operations. Roger supervises a crew of 12 people and he recently took on the rough lumber purchasing responsibility.
