A cabinet is not just a cabinet. There are many ways to cut costs and cut corners. At Heister House Cabinetry, we strive to build you the best, strongest, and longest lasting cabinets possible. That’s why we use solid plywood sides, backs, and floors; we screw our face frames together with pocket screws; and we use dovetail drawers whenever you specify under-mount drawer glides. We want your cabinets to be something that you’ll be proud of for years to come.

Finishing Process
The right finish is the life-blood of any cabinet job. You want your cabinets to look great, and last for as long as possible. At Heister House, we take extra care and time with our finishing process. Our finishing crew uses conversion varnish finishes and have years of experience with paints, stains, glazes, and just about any finishing technique that you require. We develop custom blends to match any paint or stain color that your require.

Cabinet Wood Species
As a custom cabinet manufacturer, Heister House Cabinetry can build your cabinets with just about any wood species available. So don’t be afraid to ask for something unique or exotic. But, we find that a lot of folks today are looking for painted cabinets or tend to favor a wood species that is native to our local Pennsylvania forests such as the following.
